A signature is required upon receipt of the Gift to confirm delivery. The Member shall have the sole responsibility to ensure that the address is valid and shall release Air Canada from any responsibility.

In the event the Member has not received their Gift or has received a defective Gift, the Member shall notify Air Canada within six (6) months of shipping of said Gift. Air Canada reserves the right to refuse the replacement of a Gift if such delay.
